1.Wakayama Castle

It was built by Todo Takatora in 1585.This is the symbol of Wakayama City.You can go inside the castle and explore.
2.kokawa dera

7. Kumano Kodo (UNESCO)

The road called Nakahechi that runs from Kii-Tanabe Station to Kumano Hongu area is a World Heritage Site.At the end of the hiking trail,you will come across the three Kumano shrines and Nachi Falls.The distance is 65 miles.

Nachi Falls, located in the southeastern part of Wakayama Prefecture, is the most famous waterfall in Japan, with a height of 145 yard, a width of 15 yard, and a basin depth of 12 yard.About 2682 years ago, when Emperor Jinmu was on his expedition to the east, he was led to a mountain, arrived at a waterfall, and began to enshrine a god. Hirou Shrine is located near the basin of the waterfall, and if you pay the entry fee , you can go right under the waterfall.

9. Nachi Taisya Shrine
