This temple enshrines a Buddha statue called Fudo Myoo brought from Kyoto in 940.It is one of the very famous temples in Japan.There are many buildings in a very large area.The Ichikawa family of Kabuki actors worship this temple.Ten million worshipers come here.I was surprised at the size of this temple.I think shoes that are easy to walk on are good.Access is 30 minutes from Narita Airport.It’s an hour and a harf from Tokyo Station.
